Dr. Seung (Victoria) Yi Chang is a highly skilled Interventional Pain and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) specialist with over 18 years of experience. Currently serving as the Chief Medical Officer and Physician at Integrative Sports and Spine, Dr. Chang has built a reputation for providing comprehensive, patient-centered care for individuals with chronic pain and musculoskeletal conditions.
Dr. Chang’s medical journey began at St George’s University, where she earned her doctorate in medicine in 2007. She completed her internship and residency training in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Albany Medical Center in New York before further specializing in pain management with a fellowship at Non-surgical Orthopaedics, P.C. in Georgia. Fluent in both English and Korean, Dr. Chang’s bilingual abilities allow her to serve a diverse range of patients, delivering compassionate and effective care.
Specializing in both pain management and electrodiagnostic medicine, Dr. Chang is proficient in performing complex interventions such as EMG-guided botulinum toxin injections for adult spasticity and dystonia, as well as interventional pain procedures and peripheral joint injections. Her clinical expertise spans a variety of conditions, including musculoskeletal pain, neuropathies, arthritis, and spinal injuries, offering patients access to the latest, minimally invasive treatments to restore their quality of life.
