Riverside is Dr. Seko's clinic. Here is what he is board certified to treat and how he builds a plan.

Interventional pain and PM&R, Riverside
Board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and in Pain Medicine, with more than 9 years of experience. He builds a treatment plan around the whole person rather than the scan, pairing physical therapy and medication with minimally invasive procedures including spinal cord stimulation and peripheral nerve stimulation.
This is our only clinic in Riverside County, so we see the full range here: chronic back and neck pain, sports injuries, arthritis and nerve pain. Each condition has its own page on how it is treated.
Dr. Seko performs these on Jackson Street, including spinal cord and nerve stimulation for pain that has not responded to anything else.
Written for Riverside patients, each one covering what the treatment involves, who it suits, and how long recovery really takes.

It places a small device that interrupts pain signals before they reach the brain, and it is usually considered once injections, therapy and medication have not held. Dr. Seko is fellowship trained in it and in peripheral nerve stimulation. A trial stage normally comes before any permanent implant.
Nothing is done to you on day one. Dr. Seko takes your history, reviews any imaging you bring, examines you, and lays out the options that match the diagnosis. Bring your insurance card, photo ID, a current medication list and any recent scans or records.
Almost everything we do on Jackson Street is nonsurgical: image-guided injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation, regenerative options such as platelet-rich plasma, and for pain that has resisted all of it, spinal cord and peripheral nerve stimulation. Dr. Seko will tell you which one fits your diagnosis and what the alternatives are.
Medicare, many PPO plans and most major carriers, with self-pay options as well. What is covered changes from plan to plan and treatment to treatment, so we check your benefits ahead of the visit and tell you any out-of-pocket cost before you agree to anything.
Tell us what hurts and we will get you in with Dr. Seko at the Riverside clinic, usually within the week.
