Dr. Daniel Kuo is a board-certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician specializing in interventional spine medicine, with over 9 years of experience. At Integrative Sports and Spine in City of Industry he provides advanced diagnostic work and nonoperative treatment for musculoskeletal disorders, sports injuries and spinal conditions.

He graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience, earned a Master of Arts in Medical Sciences from Boston University, and received his medical degree from Touro University Nevada College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2016. He completed his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency at Tufts Medical Center, serving as Chief Resident of Academics in his final year, then a fellowship in Interventional Spine Medicine at the Keck Medical Center of USC Spine Center in Los Angeles.

His treatments span physical therapy regimens, medication, bracing and minimally invasive procedures. He works with anatomical landmarks, ultrasound and fluoroscopy guidance for trigger point injections, epidural and facet injections, sacroiliac joint injections, radiofrequency neurotomy and spinal cord stimulation.

Dr. Kuo is also trained in electrodiagnostic medicine, used to diagnose peripheral nerve entrapments, peripheral neuropathies and spinal radiculopathies, and is active in research on nonsurgical and regenerative approaches to degenerative spinal conditions.
