  Our Long Beach clinic is at 2650 Elm Ave, Suite 210, Long Beach, CA 90806. We are on Elm Avenue between E. Willow St and E. 27th St, one block east of Long Beach Blvd, next to the Long Beach Memorial Medical Center campus.

• Is there parking at the Long Beach office?

  Yes. Free parking is available on site and the building has a wheelchair accessible entrance. If you prefer to travel by Metro, Willow Street Station on the A Line is about a quarter mile away.

• Do I need a referral to see a pain management doctor?
