The practice itself is spotless, which speaks volumes about their commitment to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The front desk staff were okay, but I must highlight the follow-up team - he was exceptionally nice and professional, ensuring that all my post-visit needs were taken care of. Took my mom over there for a steroid injection of her knee, check in 10 minutes ahead and they call her in exactly on time. The M.A. took her weight, vital temperature explain the procedure and have my mom's sign the consent. Shortly after she left the doctor came in got to start right away. The doctor use ultrasound locate where he needs to work on, then he put lidocaine, extract The joint fluent followed by steroid shot. My mom feel the poke and numbness, took Tylenol and sleep it off. This morning she woke up and she feel a lot better. The whole process was very efficient, no small talk and just everybody being professional. Mom's very happy.
